Marissa Skovron is a singer-songwriter/pianist based in Melbourne. She has performed extensively as a pianist and singer across many different musical contexts and genres. When she isn’t making music, Marissa works as a Clinical Psychologist in private practice. Marissa completed two degrees at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA; University of Melbourne) prior to undertaking her studies in psychology: a Bachelor of Music Performance in Classical Piano (2002) and a Bachelor of Music Performance in Voice, in the Jazz/Improvisation stream (2005). She released her first EP, Chasing Rainbows, in 2012.
